管理者一定要学会盯住全局，而不是暂时无关紧要的局部 ( 思考 )

团队合作都有个流程，从 A 到 B 到 C ……，把这些部分孤立开来盯时间，眼界狭窄。找出影响总进度的部分，而不是孤立看待各部分。如果影响全局的是 B 流程，那么死盯着 A 又有什么意义呢？就因为看着 A 很闲而 B 很忙，让你看着 A 不爽？

缺乏木桶原理的意识。而且在弄清楚问题之前猛的就是板着脸的责问，缺乏管理者应有的气质和气度。

自我未来警戒。

谨防自然流产

今天收到一位朋友的消息，baby 没了，大概在第 45 天的时候，说是自然流产，接着又补充说是先兆流产。头一次听到这两个名词。

百科词条：自然流产、先兆流产

自然流产是妇产科很常见的现象，需谨防，因为没经验而丢了宝宝是件憾事。朋友说：不要只顾着高兴，还要向有经验的人讨教。

The Bear and the Two Travelers

When he was quite gone, the other Traveler descended from the tree, and jocularly inquired of his friend what it was the Bear had whispered in his ear. "He gave me this advice," his companion replied. "Never travel with a friend who deserts you at the approach of danger."

Misfortune tests the sincerity of friends.

目睹城管恐惧症状

昨天下班时走在德胜东村乐购南对面的人行道暨非机动车道上，忽见一老汉推着四轮板车飞快的朝我迎面冲来，急忙躲闪在一旁。老汉推车老当益壮，速度可以和我比个高下。不过我只能徒手和他比，若是叫我也推四轮板车，断不能跑出这样的速度来。车上满是货物，行人正是下班时，以如此速度跑出一条直线，没有经过长期训练，怎么能做到这么纯熟？

抬头一看，后面又来一批，或是挑担的，或是推车的，不过速度比第一个慢多了。我猜想他们是发现危险物了，就如同大草原上正在吃草的牛们羊们发现了一头豹子，四下逃窜。

往前走一小段，就看见路边停了辆城管车，不过后货箱上是空的，没有逮到猎物。驾驶室里两人，一个司机，一个刚钻进去，正摘下猎帽。司机启动豹子，走了。

常闻“官是父母，民是子女”，很形象的。生活中，多少千年来，有些孩子在父母的溺爱中成长，有些孩子在父母的打骂中成长。

近期有一个很时髦的说法：网瘾是一种精神病，继而又说是一种精神疾病。

孩子溺爱得多了，打骂得多了，迟早也要得些精神疾病。严重一点，那就是精神病了。精神病患者发作起来，不知道他们还认不认得你是父母，就好像杨人圭一样。如果哪天你看见批量涌现杨人圭的壮观景象，一定不要觉得奇怪。其实已经不用如果了，群羊围攻豹子的事件不是越来越频繁了吗？

The Fox and the Goat

A Fox one day fell into a deep well and could find no means of escape. A Goat, overcome with thirst, came to the same well, and seeing the Fox, inquired if the water was good. Concealing his sad plight under a merry guise, the Fox indulged in a lavish praise of the water, saying it was excellent beyond measure, and encouraging him to descend.

The Goat, mindful only of his thirst, thoughtlessly jumped down, but just as he drank, the Fox informed him of the difficulty they were both in and suggested a scheme for their common escape. "If," said he, "you will place your forefeet upon the wall and bend your head, I will run up your back and escape, and will help you out afterwards."

The Goat readily assented and the Fox leaped upon his back. Steadying himself with the Goat’s horns, he safely reached the mouth of the well and made off as fast as he could. When the Goat upbraided him for breaking his promise, he turned around and cried out, "You foolish old fellow! If you had as many brains in your head as you have hairs in your beard, you would never have gone down before you had inspected the way up, nor have exposed yourself to dangers from which you had no means of escape."

Look before you leap.

The Farmer and the Cranes

Some cranes made their feeding grounds on some plowlands newly sown with wheat. For a long time the Farmer, brandishing an empty sling, chased them away by the terror he inspired; but when the birds found that the sling was only swung in the air, they ceased to take any notice of it and would not move. The Farmer, on seeing this, charged his sling with stones, and killed a great number. The remaining birds at once forsook his fields, crying to each other, "It is time for us to be off to Liliput: for this man is no longer content to scare us, but begins to show us in earnest what he can do."

If words suffice not, blows must follow.

这则故事让我想起《三国演义》中姜维射死郭准的情节。二人各骑一马，郭准在后面追赶姜维。姜维先是回身空射两箭，郭准躲了两次，见是空射，不再有防心，并回了一箭。姜维用手接住郭准射来的箭，佯装被射中，冷不防再射郭准，郭准以为又是空射，没有躲避，被射中脑门，当场毙命。

使其松懈，然后可击。故，万不可大意。

关于“创始人情结”

看了《杨致远输在“创始人情结”难割舍》，突然想到我的将来，也许有一天也将遇到类似的情形，不仅我，还有我们这支团队现有的这帮创始成员。

激流勇退需要的恰恰不再是创业时的胆略，而是心胸，或者说自知之明。

很庆幸在今天就看到这样的文章，而不是在多年以后。

陈寿福已转监狱服刑

一直在关注此事，今天看到新闻：

陈寿福律师证实，年初热议的珊瑚虫版QQ侵权案已经做出终审判决，维持对陈寿福“判处有期徒刑三年，并处罚金人民币120万元”的判决，目前已生效执行，陈寿福已于10月底由看守所转至监狱服刑。

很有启发，我也有半年多没怎么运动了，工作日的时候只能待在公司，周末有时间在家里，陪陪GF，看看电影，运动的时间又没了，正如你说的，其实是内心并没有特别强的运动欲望，所以就不要把责任都推到工作上。

我喜欢的球类也很多，不过都不太精。看来得想想办法让自己动起来了:)

回复：运动也是一种投资，而且是一种稳赚不亏的投资，年龄越大体会越深。现在不舍得每周花一点时间，将来就会花更多的时间；现在的时间很重要，将来的时间更重要。如何解决？扩大社交而不泛交，让社交真正变得有价值起来。融入到一个新的群体，给生活增添一种新的方式。社会万变，人岂能不变？
