UCH扩展“更换主题风格”的思考
高级管理中的“模板选择”可否扩展出来给用户作“主题选择”？这个是真正的全站主题更换，而不只是首页。
已经把想法告知 Ryan，但愿可以扩展这一功能。
修正“顶起”的一个bug
此前的 bug：页面刚打开时，快速的点击“顶起来”可以连续顶好几次。
Ryan 昨晚修正了这一 bug，如果快速的点击，将提示“正在处理您的请求，请稍候…”。
