<blockquote><p>下去的时候慢一点，起来的时候爆发力起来。</p></blockquote>
<p>差别就是，一个练胸臂，一个练腿臀。</p>
<p>不过俯卧撑爆发力起来，难度比深蹲爆发力起来大，尤其是每组的后几个。</p>
